Shipping :

We do not ship this product by Singapore /HK/ China Post Air Mail. Because it is hard to track and takes more time. Especially, it is not so safe.· We will use FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS for fast and safe shipping. We will use the most convenient one when you buy the product.· Before shipping, we will pack every product well for you. And please check the outside package when you receive the parcel well· As the batteries belong to dangerous goods,they are not available for air shipment now. For the items include batteries in our store, we will not put batteries in the package for shipment. You can buy the batteries at your location freely. Please kindly note this.If you have special requirement for shipping, please let us know in advance.

Warranty :

We provide 12 months Warranty for our products! If you are not satisfied with our products when you receive them, please return it within 10 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before you return it.If item is defective in 1 months for product reason, we will send you a replaced spare part without extra charger, or offer refund after we receive the defective item. If item is defective after 1 months, you can still send it back to us. We will fix it for you free of charge and send it back to you, but you should bear the shipping cost.
